Write a Bat Letter

This template allows your lower elementary students write a letter to their presenter, or to their favorite bat!
We look forward to hearing from your students!

How Big Would Your Wings Be?

Bats have very big wings compared to their bodies. How big would your wings
be if you were a bat?

Items you need for this activity:

Tape measure
Long craft paper (optional)

Measure how tall each student is and have them multiply their height by 3.
This is the student's wingspan.

If you would like, you can have each student measure out craft paper that is as
long as their bat wings and you can make a pair of "real sized" wings!
